Can I try Reiki before booking?
Yes. Get in touch and Lorraine can arrange a complimentary 15-minute Reiki taster session, so you can find out a little more before booking.
What does Reiki feel like?
It is different for everyone. Reiki is a Japanese practice based on the idea that universal energy flows through all living beings. Many people describe feeling deeply relaxed, calm and peaceful, and some notice warmth or gentle tingling.
What is ASMR light touch therapy?
Gentle light touch designed to be deeply relaxing: a chance to completely switch off and simply receive.
