Hi, I’m Lorraine

I’m the face behind Hollys Reiki & Beauty. So, first things first… why Holly? The simple answer is that it’s my middle name! I’ve been affectionately called Holly by most of my family since birth, so when it came to naming my business, it just felt right. 🥰

My journey into holistic therapies

I’ve personally lived with chronic illness for many years, and throughout that journey Reiki has brought me comfort in so many ways. It introduced me to the importance of slowing down, taking time for myself and finding moments of calm amongst the busyness of life.

That personal experience inspired me to learn Reiki and get a qualification and, in turn, share something that has brought me so much comfort with others.

Hollys Reiki & Beauty officially launched in May 2026, bringing together two things I’m genuinely passionate about: holistic wellbeing and beauty.

A little about the beauty side

I’ve always had an interest in beauty and, in November 2025, I qualified as a gel nail technician.

When Hollys Reiki & Beauty launched, I began welcoming clients into my home salon. One of the things I love most about working from home is being able to offer that personal touch. I enjoy having the time to get to know my clients, making everyone feel comfortable and creating a relaxed, friendly experience.

Where you can find me

I offer Reiki at the beautiful Nou:u Salon in Southgate, Crawley, as well as from my home salon in Pease Pottage, where I also offer nail treatments.

I feel incredibly lucky to be able to offer Reiki at Nou:u. The team, surroundings and atmosphere are so warm and welcoming, and it’s a lovely space to share with my clients.

At home, I offer both Reiki and nail treatments, giving clients the opportunity to enjoy a more personal salon experience.

Whether you’re visiting for a little pampering, some much-needed relaxation or simply time to switch off from the outside world, my aim is always the same: to make you feel welcome, comfortable and cared for.
